Shipping & returns

1. Where we ship. Printed decks go to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Australia and New Zealand.
2. How long. Each deck is printed when you order it, then mailed with tracking. Allow roughly two to three weeks door to door. To confirm with the printer's sample order.
3. Customs. Inside the US there is nothing more to pay. Elsewhere your country may charge import tax or customs when the parcel arrives; that is paid to them, not to us.
4. The limited edition. Alison packs and mails each one herself. Her shipping times to come.
5. Damaged or misprinted. Tell us within 7 days of arrival, with a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
6. Changing your mind. Each deck is printed for you, so we can't take it back once it is printed. To cancel before it is printed, write to us within 24 hours of ordering. Alison to confirm.
7. The app unlock. If the $5 unlock isn't what you hoped, write within 14 days and we will refund it.
8. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 5–10 business days.
9. Who we are. Mandala 64 by Alison Dale. Her company's name and address to come.
